1 Peter 5:7 says to cast all our care upon the Lord. In these days of fast paced living, we constantly are being pressured and stressed. Worry and faith cannot co-exist as worry hinders the effectiveness of faith.

By casting our care upon the Lord, God takes care of our worries and our faith can be effective to believe and trust in God’s promises.
